in Pradera. My hope was that I could attract a quality rental tenant. I was
prepared to leave the house staged for up to six months, but it wasn't necessary. I found a very good tenant within the first month of Jan's staging efforts. She was very professional, had great ideas, and gave the house a warm, inviting feel. I also ended up with hundreds of photos (compliments of Jan) that will be very helpful for marketing purposes when the time comes to put the house back on the sales market.

Jan utilizes her Interior Design training from ACC, her Stagedhomes certification & accreditations with many years of staging experience. Also a Member of Colorado Staging Professionals, all which equips her in new processes & training to bring you enormous benefits.
In addition, she is informed continually with new techniques & abilities to re-create your home into a selling Masterpiece.
She is very conscientious to the many details involved in staging each home as an indivdual. Each home is enhanced with it's own professional statement and our goal of selling quickly for the most money as we professionally handle each clients situation.
Jan combines her professional career experience from two World Wide Package Companies which included Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Sales, Customer Service + Interior Design courses.
